Located close to downtown Kelowna, our 100,000 sq ft warehouse offers a variety of options for commercial warehousing and distribution. We are perfectly located between Calgary and Vancouver and in a prime spot for serving the Okanagan and beyond. Presently we have a 10,000sqft "freezer box" available for long - term leasing as of May 1 2018. Rates change if box is used as cooler or dry, and not freezer. We can offer pick and pack, distribution, cross-docking and secured warehousing. Clients may also be self-contained as an office space is available. Two docks available on the freezer side of the building with 7 more docks on the south side. We pride ourselves on our service and have worked hard to earn our reputation as a dedicated and reliable warehouse. Rental rates are for an operating freezer. Rental of the area as dairy or dry have different rents. While two doors are available on the north side of the building, and therefore closest to the space, 7 more are available on the south side. The space is fully insulated. Freezing and cooler compressors are dedicated to this one space.
