Run your own practice with the support of a kind, intuitive, integrative team. Fully furnished and ready for use, in an established, newly expanded integrative wellness clinic, downtown Vancouver, BC. Our Clinic Owner/Team Leader, is a Registered Acupuncturist since 2009. She has a full practice, a waitlist and is looking to further build our team for comprehensive in house referrals and integrative care. Preferably, new team members are also intuitive, established practitioners, team oriented, and have at least a few years of experience in their modality. We are currently a team of kind, intuitive, skilled & team oriented practitioners of Acupuncture, TCM, Reiki, Cranialsacral, Herbal Medicine, Lymphatic Drainage, and Sound healing. We host community sound healing & collaborative workshops, when private treatments are not in session. Our community space comfortably suits groups of 8 - 10 guests. If you are interested in being a facilitator we are always looking for ways to support our community and would love to hear from you. We have expanded from a 2 treatment room clinic to a 5 treatment room clinic with an office and an open space for group workshops and events. We have a sink inside our clinic and windows that open, for fresh air! We are looking to add new team members who are aligned, intuitive & friendly. Preference given to Registered Extended Health Practitioners, such as, but not limited to; Osteopath (Osteopathic Practitioner), Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Naturopath, Nurse Practitioner, Registered Massage Therapist, Somatic Therapist, DrTCM. Example do you work out of 1, 2 or 3 treatment rooms? Do you like to host group workshops or seminars? Rental Rates are based on 4wks, payable on the 15th of each month. Half day rate for 1 treatment room: $80 +gst Full day rate for 1 treatment room: $110 + gst eg) 3 half days/wk = 80 x 3days x 4wks = $960 +gst/mnth The building is 24hr access. The days are split at 2pm. So, if you prefer the early shift, you may start as early as you like, but have your last appointment finish by 130pm, giving time to clean and reset the room for the afternoon/evening shift which starts at 2pm - until as late as you like. Full days = make your own schedule and reserve the treatment room for the full day. eg) 2 full days x 2days/wk x 4wks = $880+gst/month Months that include extra days that coincide with your schedule, will offer the extra days for free. If you prefer to work out of more than one treatment room at a time, we can discuss rates to support your practice. We offer web support, including branding, website profile, links to your current sites supported, online booking, social media, SEO Suitable Candidates will need to provide licensing certificate, and go through the primary landlords sublease process. The fee for this is $500 + gst, payable to the primary landlord. The landlord will also require comprehensive insurance with their names listed on the insurance certificate.
