We have four desks available in our 2000 square foot office at King and Duncan. A 5 minute walk to St Andrew station. The desks are at the end of the space, detached from ours and not currently used. We occupy the space on Tuesday's and Thursday's only. Open to subleasers in all days a week or on the alternate days we aren't - meaning you get the space fully to yourselves on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays. A bit about us: We are a team of 8 and work in media/publishing. You would share all of the office amenities with us: - Fully equipped kitchen (minus oven and stove) - Kettle and Coffee Maker - 1 x furnished breakout room - WiFi - Sonos system - Private M/F bathrooms - Round table area and chairs for presentations - Biweekly cleaning - Tons of natural light from the 10 huge windows that fill the space Option to rent out for 1-2 days a week @ $1200 per month Or unlimited use on all days all month @ $2000 per month.
