Pay a flat monthly fee that includes the following. • High-speed WiFi or ethernet • All utilities • Receptionist to greet you and your clients • Professional cleaning twice a week • Parking in our lot (on a first come first serve basis) and 3-hour street parking • Bike rack and on a bus route • Use of our mailing address • Optional private, secure mailbox (at no extra cost) • Parcels delivered to and from Coastal Offices • Video monitoring inside and out and alarm security system • Kitchenette • Complimentary coffee, tea, and filtered water • Inclusion on our in-house directory and our website’s members page • Office desk and ergonomic chair or use your own. • Decorate the space to your taste (doesn't include painting the walls) • Up to 6 hours per month use of our 253 SF fully equipped meeting room (prior booking required) • Use of any one of 3 meeting rooms at our Colwood location at no extra cost (prior booking required) 24/7 access is available with our FOB system and is a one-time $50 + GST fee for up to 2 FOBs. This is a license agreement for 1 year and moves to a month-to-month agreement at the end of the term.
