We have two desks available in our 2000 square foot office at King and Duncan. A 5 minute walk to St Andrew station. You would be sharing the space with us, we are a team of 9 and work in media/publishing. We are in the office twice a week: Tuesday and Thursday. The rest of the week you'd have the space to yourself! Your desks are at the end of the space, detached from ours. You would share all of the office amenities with us: - Fully equipped kitchen (minus oven and stove) - Kettle and Coffee Maker - 1 x furnished breakout room - WiFi - Sonos system - Private M/F bathrooms - Round table area and chairs for presentations - Small four person boardroom - Biweekly cleaning - Tons of natural light from the 10 huge windows that fill the space Desk and chair provided. $525 per desk per month. $1000 for both.
