You would have your own key to access the building and clinic, the doors are locked between patients and patients have to buzz up for access. Our building is only a few years old, so everything is brand new, clean, bright and beautiful. What is included: Shared waiting area, wifi, two accessible washrooms, elevator access, air conditioning, shared staff room with fridge, microwave and Keurig, and bright beautiful rooms. Room 1: 75 square feet, has a door and patio off of the room. Doesn't share a wall with another treatment room. - $800 plus GST per month to have the room to yourself, or $50 per day for shared use (with a commitment to certain days of the week every week). Room 2: 82 square feet. Has windows and doesn't share a wall with another treatment room. - $60 per day for shared use (with a commitment to certain days of the week every week). This room is set up with a stationary massage table. ***This room is now only available on Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.*** Please note: We cannot have anyone using the rooms for a Medi-Spa use due to a clause in our lease to not compete with another business in our building.
