This sublease opportunity is a great way to work alongside like-minded practitioners in an already established practice without the stress and overhead costs of your own space. We are located on the ground level with storefront access and our own intercom system to buzz clients in. We are open Monday to Friday 7am-7pm, but the option to open on weekends with your own administration staff is available. You will also have access to our client lounge for displaying marketing materials/retail products as needed, in-house laundry, client and staff bathrooms, and WIFI. Access your own private treatment room(s) that can be organized to suit you and your clients’ needs. Enjoy working alongside a collaborative and fun healthcare team that can be a great access point for client referrals. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining your own business - including licensing, corporation costs, insurance, marketing/website, accounting/bookkeeping, administration, booking/billing software, and supplies. You will need to comply with our business’ COVID and safety policies as well as your College’s/Professional Association’s regulatory guidelines. Rental costs will be based on scheduled room use, pro-rata fee of our shared operational costs, and any room updates or equipment used. This will be discussed and negotiated upon meeting.
