What are our COVID protocols?
We take COVID-19 seriously. We follow the laws and guidelines that the Province of British Columbia has set out regarding safe workplaces and COVID-19 protocols.
We ask all of our members and guests to wear masks where social distancing can't be observed. In personal work areas, you are not required to wear a mask. Common work areas and boardrooms where social distancing can't be observed, we ask that you wear a mask.
Also, we literally have hand sanitizer everywhere in the common work spaces, boardrooms and feature rooms, for your convenience.
As we'll be in close proximity to one-another, we will require that you wear a mask while touring the building with us.

If you are sick, have a cough, cold, fever or show any flu-like symptoms, you will be required to wait 14 days to reschedule and will not be allowed on the premises following the guidelines of our COVID-19 safety plans.
A pre-recorded walk-through is available of our space. We can also do a remote showing over Zoom, Skype, Facebook, Whatsapp or Facetime.
