Located on the south-west corner of University Avenue and King Street West, this Class ‘A’ office building is a 12-storey office tower totaling 278,000 square feet with 24-hour on-site security. This office tower offers the following unique and sustainable competitive advantages: Recent and Complete Building Retrofit From 1994 to 1996, the Property was stripped back to its base concrete structure and completely rebuilt to its current modern and bold design. New, top quality systems were installed in the building, along with a new Brazilian granite facade.
