I am an entrepreneurial spirited real estate professional coming from a strong technical background where attention to detail and code of ethics is of high importance. Being licensed for over 11 years I have worked with retail, industrial, office, residential and business transactions in both landlord and tenant representations, and buyer and seller representations in Alberta. Spending most of my real estate career specializing in commercial real estate for the sales and leasing of vacancies on a portfolio of over 1 million square feet I have developed extensive business acumen particularly in the retail segment. Prior, as a business owner and operator of an engineering company, I worked countless hours utilizing skills acquired from having over 700+ design projects completed, 300+ satisfied clients, and over 10 years of design experience to run a uniquely diversified company. We took risks and exercised a royalty subscription business model not normally used by engineering companies to prove a concept. Although my work has been extensive in the engineering design industry, I always have been obsessed with entrepreneurship and real estate. Bridging the Gap.
